Navigate to http://info.riskiq.net/hc/en-us and select "Sign In" in the top right corner of the screen. If you have not yet emailed our support team at email@example.com you will need to select "Sign Up" to create an account.
If you have previously submitted a ticket to our support team, you will need to select "Get a Password".
Once logged in you can submit a request, review your support tickets, or review KnowledgeBase articles
Next to your profile in the top right corner, select "Submit a Request". From here you can start a ticket submission using pre-filled dropdown menu options.
Finish filling out the ticket form and click "Submit".
Viewing Your Tickets
After you are logged in, you can select "My Activities" from the dropdown arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to the page that lists all of your tickets.
From this activities page, you can view tickets that the individual user submitted, tickets you are CC'd on, or all request tickets for your Organization.
Trouble Signing in
To access Zendesk and the Knowledge Base, it is important to add info.riskiq.com and riskiq.zendesk.com to the list of allowed sites and allowed 3rd party cookies for the two sites.
